2000 Shop Hop for Kids |
The San Jacinto High Rollers held the 2nd Annual Shop Hop for Kids on September 16th, 2000. Participants started the poker run at either Southern Motorcycle on the north side, or Osborn's on the south side. From there the run went to MC Creations downtown, Full Throttle, Titan/Ducati of Houston, Easyriders and Biker's Dream. From there the route took some good back roads out to Bryant's Ice House near Katy. A Biker Bingo game had everyone looking around the shops for Bingo numbers, hidden around like Easter eggs. A good way to get to know the shops! A party followed at Bryant's, with music, mini-bike races, arm wrestling, a cigar smokeout, and an auction of course. All this to raise some bucks for the Texas Lions' Camp for Handicapped and Diabetic Children, near Kerrville. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported this worthy cause!
