1999 Hooters Run |
October 24th was the 1999 "Hooters Run." The San Jacinto High Rollers sponsored this romp around Houston to visit all of the local Hooters. Participants could start at any Hooters location then make their stops in any order, as long as they ended up at the Westheimer location for the party and events. This was our first year to organize this run. Proceeds benefitted the Texas Lions Camp for Handicapped and Diabetic Children, and the Burn Unit at the Shriner's Hospital in Galveston.
